Kit’s sister, Willa, returns for the funeral, setting foot in a hometown she fled fifteen years ago, after a night she wishes she could forget. As an investigative reporter, Willa knows something isn’t right about the night Greg was killed, and she’s determined to find the truth. What she doesn’t expect is that everyone has something to hide. And with a killer on the loose, Willa and Kit must figure out who killed Greg before someone else is murdered.
Thank you Penguin Random House Canada for my copy of Reputation by Sara Shepard in exchange for an honest review. This title released December 3, 2019.
I have been a huge fan of Sara Shepard since her Pretty Little Liars series so when I heard this book was releasing I jumped on it. And I’m so glad I did – Shepard delivered on all counts of drama, twists and turns and SCANDAL!!
If you are looking for a drama-filled book with lots of plot twists and turns, then this is the book for you. Told in multiple POVs this was a hell of a rollercoaster of a ride.
Right from the start, you are left with a brutal murder and a truck load of suspects. as I read through, every character became suspicious and could possibly have motive to kill – not to mention on the secrets and lies everyone is working overtime to keep hidden! I was definitely surprised at who it ended up being, not at all predictable (IMO) and I loved that about this book – it literally had me guessing right to the end.
A guaranteed fun and quick binge read, Reputation will pull you in and keep hold of your attention right until the last page!
Highly recommend adding this one to your holiday read list – it will not disappoint.
